Rick Bayless beat out Hubert Keller and Michael Chiarello in a four course finale showdown. Bayless inked the win with an Ahi tuna smothered with Oaxacan black mole sauce.
Judges brought in for tonight’s episode included Stephanie Izard, Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons.
